This holiday house has modular architectural, it is designed by Parsonson Architects and located on Pekapeka Beach, New Zealand. The modular design is a rectangle with a very simple way. Plan a rectangle and divided into three parts to support fixed forms of space at each end with a floating roof in the living room in the middle. This provision allows the living room, as the hills to the east and west of the address on the seafront. This allows the sun in the house all day, passive solar heating of concrete slabs, the creation of protected areas outside on the east side is still a strong connection to the Western view of the sea.
