Built in approximately 30,000 square foot lot, this big architectural contemporary house plans has luxurious design and also playing ground in the area. The location is just minutes from Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Brentwood and Sherman Oaks. Inside and outside is a good example of modern design with a little inspiration from Asia. Although many materials such as bamboo flooring in the house is dark, the house was not in a bad mood. It is filled with natural light and artificial and has a large Koi Pond in the center of the house. In addition to the plants carefully strike many of the rooms also adds a feeling of comfort space.
