This house is located in Marin Country, near San Francisco, designed by Berkley-based McGlashan Architecture this house is dedicated for three family generation. Its shape and color inspired landscape of hills. It consists of three levels and three generations of one extended family who live there. The roofs of the three levels are planted with drought and domestic gardens. It is super insulated and solar passive air conditioning. With an array of solar panels, it is also designed for zero energy consumption. Thanks to the generous decks, walls, windows and openings in the large deckhouse is connected to the street. [source]

    I am very interested in building a modern green home in the next year and am loking for an architect that suits and fits my specific personality. I love this design even though it is not my exact concept. I live in PA. Are there architects that you know of here or where do I go about finding this specific modern designer?
